| Details: | SUMMARY: L/C Follow Up DETAILS: Contacted Shelley about L/C levels. Only 4 samples show up on SDWIS, Shelley sent me the results of the 5th site which were .0027, 90% will be .077 so well over the AL. Looked through the file and in 2013 the park manager, Dave, took the samples for the residents instead of having the homeowners take the samples. According to Shelley, the pH looks fine this month, 9/14/16 Kerstin checked the pH meter used by Dave with hers and it was accurate. Shelley found out today that Dave ended up taking all of the L/C samples for the residents and from their outside taps. He didnt want to wake anyone up. Im sending in the invalidation request. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
