| Details: | SUMMARY: Def F/U DETAILS: Follow-up meeting scheduled for September 29th at 10am. The following significant deficiencies are to be checked at the follow-up:1. Well setbacks from hazards. Oil tank within 12 feet of the well.*Put in bids and is actively working on project to remove hazard. Date completed TBD at follow-up. 2. No Operation and maintenance manual.3. No Emergency Response plan. The O/M & ERP manual are close to being done, there are a few questions they had that they can fill out and complete during the next meeting. ACTION NEEDED: 09/29/2016 meeting. If incomplete, extend their Significant deficiency schedule. | ||
