| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform Test was TC Positive DETAILS: Contacted L.V. He said some filters were changed on system and chlorination had been down. All this was repaired prior to sample. Discussed whether or not system was sampling monthly as it is seasonal and no monthly tests reported for June, July, or August. Lawrence thought these had been taken. I advised him to contact lab to insure if taken, they were reported to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Take the repeats - 3 in distribution, one source sample at well and mark accordingly. Next month, October, take one sample in distribution if all repeats and source are negative. Other wise will need to do a level 1 investigation. | ||
