| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated Nitrite DETAILS: Repeat sample (confirmation) taken 9/23/2016 was 24.8. The system treats but has not been able to keep the level below 5 since 2013. This sample was taken after the treatment and in the distribution system. The system had repaired a break in the main line and thought they had corrected to brine tank . They are issuing a Public Notice today and are providing the students with bottled water. They have the contact information for HBH. ACTION NEEDED: System to issue PN, system also to contact HBH to assess the current treatment. | ||
