Details: SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform 9/28 TC+. Called Doug 9/30 am and he had already taken 3 repeats and triggered samples and will bring to lab. Discussed Level 1 investigation if any repeats are tc+. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate further action. Will need 3 temp routines in October regardless. If repeats positive will send Doug Level 1 investigation form.
