| Details: | SUMMARY: deficiency correction notice DETAILS: The deficiency noted during the June 02, 2016 survey has been corrected to DWS satisfaction. The noted item was locking the storage tank hatch for spring #3. The hatch was buried at the time of the inspection. The hatch has approx 28 bolts. While not locking - it definitely has a secure element. DWS considers this deficiency corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time | ||
