| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample TC+ DETAILS: I spoke to contact regarding the recent positive sample. He was informed to take three repeat distributions and a triggered source sample. He indicated the system would be shock chlorinated if necessary after the repeat sample results were received.They were supplied with a Level 1 investigation form. Even if the results return negative I felt like it would be a good exercise for them to go through. The system has had continued TC+ issues for some time. Russ Kazmierczak discussed possible chlorine disinfection in an e-mail response to the operator. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat sample results. | ||
