| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/10/16 DETAILS: Called the operator & left a message letting him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a source sample & three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also mentioned to check on the chlorinator as the residual was very low. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
