| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/19/16 DETAILS: I called the operator to let him know about the repeat total coliform positive samples. He will disinfect & flush the system. I emailed him a level 1 investigation form & let him know to send me the completed version within 30 days. I also let him know to take three temp routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of Level 1 investigation. | ||
