| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Sample Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/13/16 DETAILS: Called & left a message for operator to let him know about the total coliform positives. I let him know to check the chlorinator as the chlorine residual was very low. School is out for the season but I let him know that 3 temp routine samples will be needed in July. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
