| Details: | SUMMARY: Temp Routine Samples Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 7/18/16 DETAILS: Called & left a message for operator to let him know about the total coliform positives. I reminded him to check the chlorinator as the chlorine residual was very low. School is out for the season but I let him know that 3 repeat samples will be needed as well as a source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
