| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Attempt DETAILS: In trying to schedule the survey, I was informed that the school is closed, property reverted to public school district, water reservoirs have been removed. I spoke with Jeff who was maintenance at the private school. He affirmed the school closed mid-April. I left two messages for Dave Thomas (listed as contact) and received no return calls from Dave. ACTION NEEDED: Unable to do survey and inventory page will be submitted - inactivating this system. | ||
