| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated Nitrite DETAILS: Ongoing high NO3. System did pre and post treatment to evaluate the treament. These samples should have been marked special. Has contacted a different vendor to address the issue. The system issued a PN last week and has contacted HBH. They will continue with bottled water while the system is evaluated. They understand if they change the treatment type ion exchange, plan review will be required. They also understand the need for NSF certified equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to address the treatment to be able to achieve acceptable results. | ||
