| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Found in the Quarterly Routine Sample Located at Sample Point #5 DETAILS: Spoke with operator on 9/30/2016. Operator stated he was taking sample to the lab Monday, 10/3/2016. He will be taking 3 RP samples in distribution, one at the same location and one upstream and one down stream from the site. He will also be taking a source sample labeled triggered from well-AA. ACTION NEEDED: Await results to see next steps. Operator will also need to take three additional routine samples during the month of October. | ||
