Details: SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Repeat Samples Requiring Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: Called and left a voicemail message for Diane regarding the need for a Level 1 investigation and 3 routine samples required to be collected next month. Explained that a letter from OHA will be sent outlining Level 1 investigation procedures and that 3 routine coliform samples must be collected and submitted next month. I told her to call me back if she has further questions. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 Investigation.
