| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Exceeded 90th % Value DETAILS: I left a message with Steve Rolston concerning the test results. The detailed message concerned the steps following exceedence from a document dated 6/2016. I also e-mailed Carrie Gentry at the State about the water quality alert since I will be on vacation for a week following this e-mail alert. I recd a letter from the State DWP that is addressing this lead action level on the alert. This letter will be mailed to the Water System on Monday. ACTION NEEDED: Two rounds of water quality parameters in the distribution and entry point by 11/01/16. Distribute Public Education by 12/10/16. | ||
