| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Met with Frank on October 5th for the coliform investigation. No new information was available since the previous coliform investigation on September 1st. They are working to bring the new well and storage reservoir online in November with plans to disinfect and flush the entire distribution system. Since this is the third coliform investigation within 12-months, the system was notified that they must install disinfectant residual maintenance. It is understood that adding the new well and storage reservoir in addition to disinfecting and flushing the service area will correct the coliform issues. The due date to complete plan review on the well and storage, disinfect/flush distribution system, clean-up well #2 building and document sampling procedures is December 31, 2016. Corrective action completed December 28th. Requirement to install disinfectant residual postponed. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time |
