| Details: | SUMMARY: Left message regarding significant deficiency correction DETAILS: I called and left a second message regarding deficiency corrections at this water system. I called initially on September 27 and received a return call from Matthew Barnett several days later where he stated he was going to verify whether the corrections had been completed. In this message I stated I was preparing to mail several enforcement letters for systems with uncorrected deficiencies and this water system was included on the list for the letter. I asked for a quick return call if the deficiencies had been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Mail enforcement letter if necessary. | ||
