| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Collected 9-29-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 9-29-16 --- Spoke with Miguel over the phone and he was in the process of getting the repeat samples including a source sample and was going to drop them off at Neilson. In speaking with Miguel he feels he probably contaminated the sample himself with his hands, he says he is the one who usually gets the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered source and three distribution repeat samples need to be collected within 24 hours. | ||
