| Details: | SUMMARY: Source & Repeat Total Coliform Positives for Sample Date 8/16/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that all of the repeat samples & source sample was positive for total coliform. He said that they will disinfect the well & distribution system. He wasn’t sure why the coliform was present in the water. He will investigate & complete a level 1 investigation. I let him know that 3 temp routine samples will be needed in Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation & monitor follow up sampling. | ||
