Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/16/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know that theyll need a source sample at the well head & three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know that the system will need three temp routine samples in Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
