| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/14/16 DETAILS: I stopped by the facility to let them know about the total coliform positive. The owner was not onsite but the kitchen manager was there. I gave him a copy of the level 1 investigation & let him know to have the owner complete the investigation form. The manager let me know he had give the investigation form to Mike. I let him know to call if they need any help. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation & follow up as needed. | ||
