| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/8/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the positive routine total coliform sample. The operator feels that the disinfection was not done properly & they will disinfect the system properly. I told him to sample at the well head labeled source & 3 repeats in the distribution system. He said he would sample today. I let him know that three temp routine samples in October were required. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation & monitor follow up sampling. | ||
