| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/22/16 DETAILS: I contacted the County parks manager to let him know that the follow up samples were positive. I let him know that a level 1 investigation will need to be completed. I let him know where to find the investigation template & asked for the completed copy. I also let him know that 3 temp routine samples will be needed in Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation. Follow up as needed. | ||
