Details: SUMMARY: Toluene Detect for Sample Date 8/29/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the toluene sample was over the detect limit. I let him know that a confirmation sample will be needed. I let him know that if the average of the initial & confirmation sample is below the detect level then the sample schedule will remain the same. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
