| Details: | SUMMARY: 3/3 Repeat Samples and the Triggered Source Sample are TC+ DETAILS: I spoke to Rick regarding the positive repeat samples. They were instructed to complete a level 1 investigation, which was completed on 10/6/16. They were instructed to post a public notice which was received on 10/7/16.They plan to take some remediation steps that are outlined in the investigation form.The system will be shock chlorinated and resample once the residual is 0 ppm.They were informed to take three temporary routine distribution samples before 10/31/16. ACTION NEEDED: Insure tasks addressed in the investigation have been completed. Monitor temporary sample results for October. | ||
