| Details: | SUMMARY: Distribution Repeats Tested TC+ DETAILS: 9-13-16 --- Janet Williams informed me three distribution repeat samples collected 9-12-16 tested TC+. I informed her a Level 1 coliform investigation form would be sent to her by OHA. Janet informed me there is work being done in the distribution system that will take approximately two additional weeks. I advised her to disinfect the water system after the work is completed and to try to accelerate the work process. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 coliform investigation, complete distribution system repair/disinfection, next coliform sample due is in October. | ||
