| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Deficiencies Overdue DETAILS: I contacted the owner, Jane Moore, via telephone to discuss corrections to the deficiencies noted in the survey. She stated that she did not recall receiving the survey letter which was originally sent via USPS on May 4, 2016. A copy of the survey report was sent today via email, and a compliance date of February 14, 2017 was agreed upon. ACTION NEEDED: Deficiencies to survey to be corrected by February 14, 2017. | ||
