| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ routine sample DETAILS: The system collected their monthly routine sample on 10/18/16. It was positive for total coliform bacteria. When speaking to Melanie, she was wondering if the error happened in the sample collection process as she had been in a rush. Further follow up actions will be based on the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. **samples were brought in to the lab on 10/19/16**. System to resume regular monitoring for November. | ||
