| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Received Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form done on 09/21/2016 from water system for review. It was reviewed and looked complete. I reviewed it today, October 12, 2016. The water system took 3 routine samples in October that showed results of positive for total coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Water system was notified to start taking monthly routine samples starting in November 2016. A Level 2 Coliform investigation has initiated due to positive coliform samples and will be done within 30 days by Oregon Dept. of Agriculture. | ||
