| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9/27/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the repeat total coliform sample was positive. The previous DRC/operator no longer works for the school dist. I spoke with the director of adminstrative services to let her know about the total coliform detect. I let her know that a source sample was needed at the well head & 3 repeat samples will be needed in the distribution system.Donna indicated that she will be the contact for the short term. I let her know that the system needs a certified operator. I also sent her the link to the coliform page at the state website. ACTION NEEDED: Send updated contact information to DWS. Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
