| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Routine quarterly water sample tested positive for coliform on 9/19/16. System resampled on 9/20/16. Repeat and triggered samples were positive for coliform. Herjinder Toor stated a water contractor changed the system filters several weeks ago, prior to the routine quarterly sample. The contractor is scheduled to visit the system on 9/30/16 to investigate and pursue corrective action. Mr. Toor was informed that a Level 1 investigation is required and documents will be mailed to the system for completion. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 routine samples in October. Complete Level 1 investigation and return. | ||
