| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 9/23/16 and talked to Rich Hildner regarding the repeat positive total coliform result from sample taken 9/21/16. Mr. Hildner was informed that the water system would be receiving a letter and Level 1 coliform investigation form to complete from Drinking Water Services and return to the Oregon Department of Agriculture Food Safety Program. The system will then correct any deficiencies found through the investigation, shock treat the system and take 3 routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 1 coliform investigation form-- correct any deficiencies found during the investigation, shock treat the system and take 3 routine samples in October. | ||
