| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 9/21/16 and left a voicemail for Rich Hildner regarding the positive total coliform sample taken on 9/19/16. Mr. Hildner was instructed to contact the firms water laboratory to take 3 repeat samples plus a triggered raw source water sample as soon as possible. I also instructed him to take 3 temporary routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples plus a triggered raw source water sample as soon as possible and 3 temporary routine samples in October. | ||
