Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring Reporting DETAILS: Firm has not conducted mandatory quarterly sampling since May, 2015. Contacted Ray Fordyce and confirmed that the firm is aware of the regulatory requirement of quarterly sampling. Firm stated, and lab confirmed, that a sample was submitted last week for coliform testing and that the results will be reported electronically to the DWP this week. ACTION NEEDED: Continue with quarterly sampling schedule.
