Details: SUMMARY: Email O/M and Check in on Well Setback Date DETAILS: System operator emailed me their Operation and Maintenance manual. They are still actively working on removing the oil tank near the well. Significant Deficiency still remaining: Well setbacks from hazards (oil tank within 12 feet of well). ACTION NEEDED: DEQ certificate of completion of project still required.
