Details: SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ routine sample DETAILS: The system collected a routine sample on 10/10/16 and it was postive for total coliform. System is to collect the repeat samples. Further action will be based on the results. System had a recorded free chlorine residual of 0.60. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample **(done on 10/11/16 - all were positive for total coliform)**
