Repeat distribution samples are negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 confirmation samples will be collected from the source water sample tap, discussed sampling technique. Oregon Health Authority State Drinking Water Program has required aTier 1 Boil water notice will be issued and Level 1 investigation will be completed by water system operators.
