| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 trigger DETAILS: System had collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 10/11/16. All samples were positive for total coliform bacteria. A level 2 site visit was triggered. A visit was made on 10/17/16. Met with Randy and reviewed the components of the water system and system operations. There were no real obvious sources of contamination. It was noted, however, that incorrect free chlorine test tablets were being used giving a falsely highly residual result. Informed Randy to toss the free chlorine tablets and expired Hach test pillows and order the correct product. I gave Randy some test packets to use until the new ones come in. ACTION NEEDED: Order new free chlorine test packets. Look at additional system operations. | ||
