| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alerts for a routine TC positive sample collected on 10/11 and two repeat TC positive samples collected on 10/18. Called and found that the listed contact Dan G. had retired and Suzanne should be listed as the current contact. Suzanne said that hey had posted a public notice and brought in bottled water. I explained the rule changes, and that a notice was no longer required. Suzanne said they planned to batch chlorinate the system. Sent her a copy of the Level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete Level 1 investigation, batch chlorinate the system, resume quarterly sampling. | ||
