| Details: | SUMMARY: Questions on how to Mark the Submitted Samples DETAILS: TD Water Quality Lab called because the water system submitted 5 Special samples for testing October 17. Looking at their records it was identified that they needed to have the October 9 or 10th sample changed from a repeat to triggered. One of the samples taken October 17 needs to be marked Repeat to complete the required samples concerning the Sept 28th samples. ACTION NEEDED: Lab was going to change the sample on one of the repeat samples to a triggered and one of the samples taken today will be submitted as repeat. The other 3 samples will be submitted as routines, they are a Quarterly Reporter. | ||
