| Details: | SUMMARY: This Sytem Received a MCL TC Violation on Repeat Samples DETAILS: Of the 3 repeat samples the source sample and 1 distribution sample were negative. One distribution sample was positive for TC. ACTION NEEDED: This operator will take 5 temporary routine samples in October. A public notice will be issued to all customers on this system. The operator will complete a Tier one investigation and turn in this report into the DWP within 1 month of the violation date. | ||
