| Details: | Ms. Hays has been receiving notices for the annual fees due for this water system. She said her father Leonard Hays listed as the primary contact sold this property in 2005. The property consisted of a duplex and 4-plex served by a well. She does not know who owns the property at this time, but thinks it has now connected to the City of Salem water system. I will request the water system is deactivated so no additional correspondence is sent to her. 5/14/21 - Additional information was requested to verify consolidation of the Future Road Water System with the City of Salem. Emailed Marion County Health Department requesting assistance in making this determination prior to deactivating the public water system. Greg DeBlase with Marion County spoke to the current owner, Luke Dilorenzo (503-857-9056). He confirmed it is still a water system and discussed requirements for Non-EPA systems. - M. Byrd |
