| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up for TC+ Temp Routines DETAILS: All 3 temp routines 10/17 positive. Spoke with Diane and Russell with Edge Analytical and he will take a Triggered source sample as well as a repeat from the reservoir. No additional repeats necessary as there has already been a confirmed (2+) total coliform. System chlorinated after Sept. positives but coliforms came back? Possible cracks in reservoir lid? ACTION NEEDED: Take action to find and fix contamination and submit level 1 investigation form. Will need 3 temp routines again in November. Can use these samples to verify absent for coliforms. | ||
