Details: SUMMARY: Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Justin Green via telephone on 10/20/2016 to discuss the need for a Level 1 Coliform investigation. The system did not take repeat samples in September following the positive total coliform sample in August. A copy of the Level 1 Investigation form was emailed to Mr. Green on 10/20/2016, who agreed to conduct the investigation and return the completed form. ACTION NEEDED: The system must complete a level 1 investigation within 30 days.
