| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Followup DETAILS: System contact emailed copies of the new operations & maintenance manual. She also sent a copy of the completed Emergency Response Plan. Included in the operations manual is to sample for chlorine 2 x per week. Coliform & nitrate sampling is up to date. This resolves all of the violations & deficiencies from 9-3-15 survey. ACTION NEEDED: Send ERP cert of completion to operator to send to DWS. | ||
