| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing SWTR for Sept DETAILS: This system received a violation for not turning in Septs monthly surface water treatment report. This seemed odd since we had had so much communication over the monthly reports so far this year. Mark was in the process of shutting down all the districts seasonal systems when we spoke. He will be submitting the Sept and Oct (the part that the campground was still open) monthly report this afternoon. He will not be returning to this district for American Land and Leisure in 2017.
