| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: System took triggered source sample and repeat sample from reservoir following 3 TC+ temp routines 10/17. Jim called and said they believe there may be some cracks on the reservoir lid near the hatch and the recent rain and wind caused TC+. They will chlorinate and cover with tarp in short term and look into building a roof over reservoir and fixing cracks. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 more temp routines in November and can use these to make sure fix worked. Will have to do level 2 investigation within 30 days. | ||
