| Details: | 05.18.21 - Operator completed ERP, M&O and Coliform sampling plan. 05.13.21 - ERP, M&O and Coliform sampling plan: - Provided templates via email for John to develop the ERP, M&O and Coliform sampling for Sliver Springs RV park water system. 05.12.21 - Plan review for unapproved well: Plan review coordinator Jay MacPherson, received from John a copy of the well log and a site map. John was instructed to pay the plan review fee $248 and provide additional information: Photos of wellhead (best if photos are files attached to email, versus photos embedded in an email [can cause scaling problems here]) that include: - Two context photos showing where well is located relative to landmarks and elevation relative to Hwy 101. - Photos of wellhead with cover removed (or from inside wellhouse), from at least two angles (looking for vent, seal of well cap, plumbing to discharge to waste). - Location of septic system drain fields, septic tanks, gravity sewer pipes, fuel storage (not propane) - Location of water tap at or before the first user Jay clarified that the plan review process is iterative. Once the fee is paid, additional information may be needed. |
