| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Setback Project Delay DETAILS: Operation & maintenance manual sent in and received on 10/14/16 (See Contact Report Compliance Schedule.)Significant Deficiency still remaining: Well setbacks from hazards (oil tank within 12 feet of well). The system operator contacted me that the pit they had dug the tank out of was full of water, and they would not be able to complete the project until next year with water in the pit. ACTION NEEDED: DEQ certificate of completion of project still required. | ||
